Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila is from the picturesque Los Alto is situated 2100 meters above sea level and is known for its mineral-rich, volcanic tierra roja (red earth), which is complemented by a unique microclimate. These combined factors contribute to the cultivation of the highest quality blue Agave, used by Olmeca Altos for producing their award winning tequila. Altos Paloma & Bubbles Cocktail:
• 2/3 Parts Olmeca Altos Plata
• 1 Part Pink Grapefruit Juice
• Dry Sparkling Wine to top (JC Trilogy)
Method:
– Build ingredients in glass with ice. Stir. Top with Jacob’s Creek Trilogy Sparkling.
– Garnish with grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig (optional)
