<p>Depending on the vintage the Pinot Noir in Dom Perignon champagnes usually dominates; presenting peach, raspberry, and dark cherry. The Chardonnay then adds a supportive layer that is chalky in texture and offers notes of pineapple, plum, and apple. This vintage release is made up of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay.
